Falling film evaporator for juice
A concentration project starts with the juice condition and the quality you need to retain.
Clear and pulpy feeds need separate review
Record how the juice was extracted and clarified. Supply suspended solids, fibre and foaming information with the solids or Brix readings. Do not transfer a clear-juice operating point to a pulpy product without evidence.
Define the concentrate destination
Identify the next step: storage, blending, pasteurisation or another downstream process. Outlet temperature, viscosity and transfer requirements belong in the evaporator scope because the concentrate must remain manageable after discharge.
Discuss aroma before the layout is fixed
If flavour recovery is part of the commercial product objective, define which volatile fractions should be evaluated. Establish sample and sensory comparison methods; add an aroma recovery interface only when justified by the product and system design.
Send a useful first enquiry
Provide juice identity, feed kg/h, inlet and outlet readings with their basis, inlet temperature, operating hours and available steam or electricity. Add known viscosity and cleaning behaviour, or state that these are not yet measured.
