fallingfilmevaporators.com uses the contact details and project information you submit to evaluate and respond to your request. The message is sent to the configured project-team mailboxes. Do not submit passwords, confidential production formulas or sensitive personal information.

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides security verification. The server checks your network address for rate limiting and validates the anti-spam token. An enquiry body is not placed in analytics or stored in the public website repository.

Delivery and duplicate protection

A request identifier, content digest, receipt state and time are held for seven days to prevent repeat delivery. Your browser tab stores only that identifier, state and time in session storage, not the message text. An accepted message means the receiving service accepted the send operation; it does not prove final inbox delivery.

If delivery is uncertain, retain the reference and contact the team instead of repeatedly submitting. Project correspondence may remain in the receiving mailboxes for handling and follow-up; contact sales@fallingfilmevaporators.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

Site operation

The site may use Cloudflare performance telemetry to measure page behaviour. Form text is not included in those events. Necessary security services may process technical connection data. This notice was updated 20 September 2026.
