FALLING FILMEVAPORATION SYSTEMS

From pilot evaporation data to an industrial scope

Separate measured pilot observations from the geometry, utilities and acceptance evidence needed for a larger evaporator.

Transfer the product evidence

Carry representative feed composition, viscosity versus temperature and concentration, foaming, deposits and quality limits into the industrial review. Preserve sample identity and residence history. A pilot photograph establishes neither a delivered industrial model nor a scale-up factor.

Recheck what changes with scale

Review distributor and tube geometry, pass loads, separator vapour volume, vacuum and condensate service, installed height and maintenance access. Match start-up, minimum load and cleaning circulation as well as the nominal duty.

Define the industrial evidence pack

Request the actual proposed arrangement, identified industrial equipment photographs, dimensional and process drawings, material schedule, heat balance and acceptance plan. Tie the supply boundary to a named proposal. Record which claims have pilot evidence and which require industrial verification.
