FALLING FILMEVAPORATION SYSTEMS

Fouling run and CIP evidence record

Build a traceable clean baseline, production run and cleaning verification record without inventing a project case.

Establish a clean reference

Identify the product batch, installed surface area, measurement points and calibrated instruments. Record flow, pressure, temperatures, concentrations and product quality after a verified clean condition. Note utility changes before attributing a changing duty to deposits.

Track the run against that reference

Log the same variables over the agreed production interval. Include samples, interruptions, recirculation and inspection findings. If a heat-transfer coefficient is calculated, retain the heat-duty and temperature-difference assumptions alongside it.

Verify cleaning and release

Record the circuit, solution identity, supply and return conditions, rinse endpoint and agreed inspection or residue test. Include the distributor and separator in the actual cleaning boundary. A completed timer sequence is not by itself evidence of clean surfaces.
